This property is divided into 3 parts. First, the main villa with a total of 150m2 developed on the first level and contains 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a spacious indoor living room, and a kitchen with modern appliances. Second, the living quarters with three guest rooms. Each one has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, kitchen and a living room with 2 sofas that can be used as beds too.

Next to the swimming pool, there is a closed kitchen, WC, showers, and an open bar.
