Three bedrooms 22-25 sq. mts each modern luxury furnished and specially ordered beds. Each one with its own bathroom with Moroccan Style Showers for a minimum of 4 persons each. All bathrooms are watered with fresh Spring water on the Property and some share shower mirrors. Three bedrooms share a hundred sq. mts balcony.
With an astonishing window-frame view of Mykonos Town, this 90 sq. mts indoor level with late 19th Century early 20th antique Sofas and 12 seats Dining Table in full harmony with the modern silk Sofas and pieces of Art combined with a fully equipped Kitchen, offering all amenities ( photos self-explanatory). Also, a cozy WC for the guests at this level is available.
Outside this area, a 70 sq. mts balcony surrounded by agelong eucalyptus trees, overlooking the Aegean and the Islands of Paros and Naxos, wind-protected by Japanese style movable knitting cane frames hosts a summer Dining Table for twelve guests with also direct access to the Pool by independent staircase through the Kitchen.
Zero Pool Level
75 sq. mts stylish living room with Mykonos and partial Pool view, 6-8 persons dining room, espresso Bar and luxurious glass Kitchen with full amenities – all in one step two levels area. Materials, summer carpets, and Sofas of Name Designers. At this level a nice bathroom is available and a balcony of 12 sq. mts. Lower Level of 90 sq. mts providing a living room two bathrooms and three fully equipped bedrooms ( two of them with queen-size beds and one with two large single- can be modified to king size with added upper mattress. Two of the Bedrooms (queen size beds) with their walk-in closets. Bath and bed amenities same as in Villa 1.
Next to Villa 1, overlooking the Garden and Mykonos City only of wood and stone, independent 60 sq. mts Guest House with king size Bed, 19th cent. Antique restored Sofa, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, and spacious roofed outside living room with monastery table.
Near the Main Entrance very cozy small guesthouse with a bathroom and spacious outside wind-protected living room.
