On this level is located the open plan fully equipped kitchen with dining area as well the living area with unobstructed sea views. The first Master Bedroom with en suite bathroom and sea view is also located on this level. On the upper level is located the second Master Bedroom, with an en suite bathroom and access to a private terrace with amazing sea views. The other two independent guest rooms are located at the back of the ground level, each with an en suite bathroom kitchenette and private entrance.
