On the top floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed and a private terrace with a beautiful sea view, a bathroom toilet with shower enclosure, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table for four, a living room with a bed sofa that turns into a comfortable double bed, TV, and DVD player.
The living room is elegantly and minimally decorated with new modern furniture.
Outdoors, there are large terraces, a covered pergola that offers shade during the hot Cycladic summer days, and a dining table for six. There are lounge chairs where someone can relax and enjoy the panoramic view over Kalo Livadi Bay.
On the ground floor, there are two double beds, a bathroom toilet with shower enclosure, a kitchenette with a dining table for two, a TV, and a private terrace with a magnificent sea view.
Both floors have security alarms, and WiFi and the house is fully air-conditioned.
The property is a 5-minute drive to Ano Mera where you can find a supermarket, pharmacy, ATM machine, gas station, and many taverns located in the main local square.
