The ground level has 3 bedrooms two of which are master with en-suite bathroom, as well as a double bedroom and extra bathroom.Also the villa has a guestroom with a double bedroom and an ensuite bathroom.
The pièce de resistance is the vast exterior with its 50m2/ 54 sq2 swimming pool and delightful shaded dining and lounge area, all inclusive of a breathtaking view of the Aegean Sea. The new built exterior is delicately light at night, providing an added touch of ambiance.
