It lies between Aghios Sostis and Panormos, so one of the most desirable locations on Mykonos for those wanting to be not too far from town, but away from the crowds. Aghios Sostis is one of the few beaches on Mykonos to not have any tavernas, deckchairs, or umbrellas, and also has a smaller beach (Little Aghios Sostis) a pretty church, and an excellent little traditional taverna. Panormos has a taverna and deckchairs. Both beaches are relatively sheltered from the prevailing north wind.

The property consists of an upper villa and a lower villa, reaching up a steep drive. Each house has a separate entrance but is joined by terraces and steps. The lower house has a pool terrace, the upper house has lovely outdoor dining areas and party terrace spaces.

The decor is tasteful, chic, and minimal, with a happy and airy feel.
