The Upper Level is an autonomous house of 142.58 m2 comprising of 1 bedroom, 1 large (100 m2) living room with dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom, a large closet and wardrobe, and one WC. Facing the east there is a large veranda of 40 m2 overlooking the garden with an excellent view of Paradise Bay and the beach and a table that serves 8-10 people! The living room has a terrace of 80 m2 facing west with a view of Paraga Bay and Beach. There are 2 fireplaces, one large in the living room and the second one in the bedroom.
