Villa Stefan is one of the most luxurious villas in Mykonos, is a newly build 460 m2 villa, located on one the most panoramic sides of Mykonos Tourlos with views of the Aegean Sea, the new harbor, Mykonos town, and the sunset within the blink of an eye. The easy access to Mykonos Town also allows for the combination of quality time on the premises with moments of nightlife action in the island’s vibrant Chora. Tourlos is one of the best regions of the island and it is the selection of many celebrities, as it is very close to town and offers easy access, great privacy, and a large variety of options. Villa Stefan is built on a plot of 2300 m2 protected from the strong north winds of the summer and has a 360 m2 building area spread over two levels. Entering the property from the main entrance, two parking spaces are available for up to six cars, as well as open space for sports activities. A few stairs down, the guest passes through the stone entrance of the villa and down to the first level of it. The entrance is through a large hall, which embeds the dining room. On the right side, you will find a cozy living room with a fireplace that opens onto a large terrace with an outdoor seating area.
On the left side of the hall, the kitchen is literally carved into the rock, and the light from the skylight bathes in. Next to the kitchen, you can find the internal staircase. A few steps down and you will find one of four double bedrooms en-suite, which has its entrance to have the option to operate as a guest room or playroom. Going up, one can find the second bedroom, and just above the main bedroom with its terrace, and immediately after the fourth bedroom, which also has its independent entrance. Outside, descending the stairs of the terrace, the guest reaches the second level, which houses an outdoor dining space with stone built table. In the outdoor area, there is a pool with two pergolas for lounge and dinner as well as large areas with barbeque facilities for outdoor dining and a built living room that can accommodate 15 people.
