Villa Nerina comprises two core compartments: the main house and the guest house. The main house hosts the interior living & dining spaces (approx. 120 sq.m.) as well as two master bedrooms (30 sq.m. each), two more suitestyle bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms (each 20 sq.m.), a staff’s kitchen space, dedicated cellar room, internal & home theatre spaces & a gym space with hammam/sauna booths.
Living & The communal spaces of the house are the interior & exterior living and dining spaces. A lot of over 250 sqm is dedicated to a large but cozy layout that includes large built-in sofas, long dining tables, and an open plan kitchen that goes at the back side of the house uniting the front with the back of house activities. Master Bedroom The Master Bedroom is a very spacey bedroom split into two levels with an open-plan bathroom layout. It features two skylights and the ceiling for both of the shower booths of the bathroom.
The Guest House is a three-bedroom house that allows for its two-bedroom to be transformed into a spacey studio space that includes an open plan kitchen, living room & two bathrooms. It features an autonomous parking space and has a separate entrance from the front or back of the property.
