Many exterior walls are also made of local rocky stones to easily adapt all the construction to the natural environment while offering a chilly atmosphere in all the bedrooms of the 3-level villa. The whole interior has a traditional style made from huge ups and downstairs stones providing an imposing view and an even cooler environment while walking barefoot. This luxurious villa consists of three different levels covering an indoor area of 350 sq.m. and an outdoor area of over 850 sq.m. Our guests may have access to the entire 3 levels.
The ground floor has an Infinity pool, a patio, and a terrace with a dining table for 12 people. The ground floor consists of four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a spacious and luminous living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a huge patio with built-in sofas, and a large outdoor pool area. It can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people in real beds in the four spacious bedrooms: The master bedroom is en-suite, furnished with queen size bed & mosquito net, and has direct access to the pool area. Bedroom II with en suite bathroom has a king-size bed. Bedroom III has a queen size bed and access to a small cobblestone space at the back of the home. The IV bedroom is furnished with two single beds that can be reimagined on a king-size bed with a closet while providing direct access to the swimming pool area. All bedrooms have a closet or drawer for our guests, clean sheets and towels, and a plethora of pillows. Between the four rooms is the even larger bright living room, furnished with a large elegant colonial wardrobe style, and two very large sofas equipped with a real mattress, in order to accommodate two extra people. Here is another dining table and chairs, if a large group wants to separate. There’s a high-definition smart TV (Netflix is provided) and a DVD player with lots of movies and other board games for comfortable nights indoors. The fully functional and equipped kitchen is at the end of the hallway and a small dining area is also available here. The kitchen is fully functional with a huge fridge and freezer, as well as an oven, microwave and all necessary appliances and utensils. Through the kitchen, there is access to the adjacent outdoor shaded patio, where a huge wooden table comfortably sits at least 12 people around it. Honestly, a unique pleasant atmosphere under the sunny summer days in Mykonos. All bathrooms are built with a traditional Mediterranean method using special waterproof cement and form the handcrafted elegant shower cabins in the colors of crystal clear turquoise waters! Of course, hand soap, towels, shampoo and shower gel are provided. The other two top levels feature a master bedroom with an en suite bathroom, a bedroom with a king-size bed and a bathroom, the second living room with an amazing terrace overlooking the Aegean Sea and the Islands, and the second fully equipped kitchen. There are no other tenants here when you book our villa and you have exclusive use of the property and the pool (seasonal opening for use 1 May – 30 September) The terrace around the pool is huge and guests can relax and sunbath in the wooden sunbeds or take a sleep for the cozy stone built long sofas. On the main patio, guests can make use of the outdoor shower before or after entering the pool, and even baking at the barbecue. Above all, the highlight of our luxurious villa is the infinity pool overlooking the Aegean Sea and specifically, the preserved Gulf of Hulakia, the Canals and Ornos area and in the background the notorious island of Delos. In clean air, visitors can notice nearly half of the Cycladic islands when Tinos, Syros, Delos and Rheinia are so close, while Ikaria, Kea, Kithnos and Serifos are visible in the background.
