Located in Agios Ioannis, Grand Maisonette by car is only 10 minutes from the airport, 20 from the port, and only 3 from Ornos region and Korfos beach.
Layout
The Grand Maisonette is a 220m2 house that spreads over two levels. You will be able to access the house via a semi-private garage door. Parking is just a few meters away from the house entrances.
Ground floor
In the house, as you enter the ground level you find yourselves in the living area with a large sofa and a spacious dining area. The living room is equipped with a TV, DVD, Wi-Fi, and Hi-Fi. Air conditioning and central heating system exist all around the house. A fully equipped kitchen with all appliances, including an oven, large refrigerators, a dishwashing machine, and a microwave. On the ground floor, you can also access the two verandas and a WC that also exists on the ground floor.
Upper floor
On the upper floor, there are 5 comfortable bedrooms, three master bedrooms with large double beds, and two smaller bedrooms with two single beds each. There are also three WC ensuites in each of the master bedrooms.
The cleaning service will keep the house clean every day and provide you with clean towels and bed covers upon request. An infant’s bed swing is also available within the house.
Additionally, there is a separate area suitable for barbecue, party, or dinner, capable to accommodate more people near the pool.
The neighborhood is very peaceful and people are friendly! You will be able to access the house via a semi-private garage door. Parking is just a few meters away from the house entrances.
There is also a provision with a 220kW electric power generator in case of a failure which unfortunately occurs a few times within the summer in Mykonos due o the massive demand during the summer.
